Analysis and Design

๐Ÿ”น Study of the technical drawing provided by the client or development of a customized design using CAD software. ๐Ÿ”น Selection of the most suitable material (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.). ๐Ÿ”น Definition of bending angles and required tolerances to ensure precision and project compliance.

Material Preparation

๐Ÿ”น Preliminary cutting of the sheet metal using laser cutting, shears, or saws, according to the required dimensions. ๐Ÿ”น Possible deburring and finishing to improve bend quality and eliminate imperfections.

Sheet Metal Bending

๐Ÿ”น Positioning the sheet metal on the CNC press brake (capacity up to 6 meters and 300 tons of force). ๐Ÿ”น Setting bending parameters (angle, depth, bending sequence) to achieve the desired result. ๐Ÿ”น Execution of the process with quality control to ensure precision and compliance with the technical drawing.

Inspection and Finishing

๐Ÿ”น Dimensional control and quality check of the bent piece to ensure compliance with required tolerances. ๐Ÿ”น Any necessary adjustments to guarantee perfect alignment with the original design. ๐Ÿ”น Possible additional processes (welding, painting, assembly) upon customer request.
